All data entered into Lynx CRM by users, including leads, contacts, follow-up notes, quotations and invoices, remains the property of the respective users or their organizations. Lynx CRM does not claim ownership over any user data. We implement appropriate security measures to protect user data from unauthorized access or disclosure.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Lynx CRM at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the platform, us or third parties, or for any other reason.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lynx CRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the platform;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the platform;
• Any content obtained from the platform;
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
